AIDS charity calls on doctors to perform HIV checks

Early diagnosis of HIV can improve life expectancy for those with the virus by up to 15 years, according to a study published in October. Now the National AIDS Trust is calling on all GPs to perform routine HIV tests in surgery, as Elements reports.
